[pdf] Huawei Digital Power Technologies, a unit of Chinese multinational tech giant Huawei, has signed a deal with Ghana-based solar developer Meinergy Technology to build a 1 GW solar plant coupled with 500 MWh of storage in Ghana over the next years.
[pdf] The program’s core objective is to install 200 MW of solar power capacity, supplemented by a substantial 1000 MWh of battery storage. This combined approach will ensure a more consistent and dependable energy supply throughout the country.
